Ben McMullin

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach

As a teenager, Ben played various sports including basketball, volleyball, rugby and soccer. His greatest passion was hockey, and at 16 years old, he left home to pursue a career as a goaltender for the Medicine Hat Tigers of the WHL. He then went on to play in the QMJHL for the Quebec Remparts as well as the Red Deer Rebels of the WHL.

Ben has always connected with youth and worked alongside them most of his adult life. As a father of two teenagers, he knows and understands the importance of physical activity and healthy eating habits, while recognizing that bodies and personalities are unique. He has witnessed the effects of inactivity on the mental health of the youth around him and hopes to be a positive support. His goal is to offer a safe place where kids can improve themselves and learn the importance of loving themselves and others.

Cass is ISSA certified, personal trainer, as well as having her dental hygiene diploma. Cass is also CPR first-aid certified. Cass enjoys hiking, weight lifting, circuit training, basketball, and anything outdoors! She has been involved in health and athletics most of her life and played on multiple team sports including rugby and basketball. She is passionate about giving youth a safe space to work on their physical and mental health and wants them to excel. Cass has such a fun spirit and brings a special energy to our team. She has a talent for learning each child’s individual strengths and providing them with the tools and motivation to achieve their goals.
