Coached Fitness
Our premier offering, a coached fitness session that includes an exercise session with a mental health checkin and nutrition discussion. The following payment options are available:
• $79/month on a 1 year commitment. That package comes with a free first month and a $49 initiation fee. The initiation fee covers them getting a t-shirt and a bag.
• $129 monthly with no commitment.
• $140 x 10 punch pass.
• $149 after school program. We will pick up your child from school and bring them back for daily coached fitness classes.
Membership Privileges
Members will be required to book a time for a session which will include a 40-60 minute workout in our fitness area and allow for time after to participate in games on the multi sport court and socialize in our gaming area on the mezzanine. max 2 hours per session.
Dryland Training
Come try out our 6000sqft facility dedicated to youth sports and performance. Teams can come for 1.5 hours of fitness, fun and team bonding. With each session, our certified personal trainers will oversee 1 hour of strength and condition training and then cool down with games and team bonding activities for 30 minutes.
School Field Trips
Come and try our 6000 sqft facility dedicated to youth Fitness, Nutrition, and Mental Health. Classes are 1.5 hours of fitness, education and fun. With each session, our certified personal trainers as well as healthy eating coaches will give a 10 minute lesson on nutrition followed by a group workout that will end in our games room for some class bonding.
After School Program
We will pick up your child from school and bring them back for daily coached fitness classes.
Hourly Facility Rental
$99 PER HOUR
Our space is available during the day, on weekends and late evenings for a variety of organizations.
Birthday Parties
$300 FOR 3 HOURS
Our space is available during the day, on weekends and late evenings for a variety of organizations.
Business Child Sponsorship
Business child sponsorship. Any Airdrie business can pay $99 a month in exchange for advertising in the gym and on our social media in exchange for sponsoring a child to come here. Businesses can write it off as a sponsorship and advertising.
